This policy explains what data Veranta collects, why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept.

Data collected

Account: phone number, first and last name, date of birth, email (optional), language.
Documents: photos of your ID card (or passport) and driving licence.
Bookings: cars, dates, delivery or collection addresses, payments (transfer receipts), handover and return photos.
Messages: conversations with the partner and support.
Device: notification token to send you alerts.

No advertising, no third-party trackers, no location tracking.

To create your account, check your eligibility, run the rental, handle payments, keep the service safe, provide support and meet legal obligations.

Rental partner: only for a booking you requested — your first name and last initial, then your documents once they accept, and your phone once the booking is confirmed.
Technical providers: SMS delivery, push notifications (Expo, Apple, Google) and hosting, on Veranta’s behalf.
Your data is never sold.

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Documents are stored privately and only reachable through 5-minute links; every access is logged.

You can view and correct your profile in the app and delete your account at any time. Requests: Veranta support.
